Jane Lopez
As Agital’s Chief People Officer since January 2023, Jane’s expertise helps to shape the heart of our company’s identity. With over two decades of human resources experience, she brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge to our team.
Frank Kjaersgaard
As CTO, Frank has over 20 years of success in owning product strategy and vision, executing product roadmaps, and delivering world-class ecommerce applications through cross-functional teams at companies such as Demandware, IMN, Kantar Retail, Zmags and Progress Software.
Spencer Henze
As Vice President of M&A: Spencer has closed over 30 transactions with a capital of a little over a billion dollars during his career in M&A
Jeff Wolf
Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer at Agital with over 17 years of experience working in the digital marketing services and animal health industries growing companies from $25 million in revenues and 150 employees to $200 million in revenues and over 1,000 employees.
Let’s start with an easy question, what brought you to Agital?

I decided to join Agital because I thought it would be a great challenge to help this business grow by using the lessons I learned in my 13+ years of experience in digital marketing. We stand apart in a crowded industry because of our great leaders, our incredibly talented staff, and our state-of-the-art technology, all of which enable us to deliver remarkably effective strategies to our clients.

What inspired me to join Agital was the vision presented to me by Jeff Reynolds and Trinity Hunt Partners of creating the next-generation digital marketing agency and the impact I could have in helping build it.
I am a firm believer in cultivating a culture that not only harmonizes with our business goals and strategies, but also fosters the ambitions of our diverse team across the nation. By working in close partnership with our business leaders, I am dedicated to crafting a flexible framework that seamlessly adapts to our ever-evolving business and industry.

Once I met with Scott Smigler (the President of portfolio partner Exclusive Concepts) and understood his vision behind a data-driven marketing agency, I knew we shared the same goal of using data to uncover opportunities that help clients grow.
What do you think sets Agital apart?

What ultimately drove my desire to join the Agital team was its people. They are smart, passionate, driven, and talented individuals proactively finding ways to both innovate and inspire. The energy here is unique and refreshing which reverberates to our teammates and clients.

This is an important question for me! My leadership style is deeply rooted in collaboration and empowerment. I firmly believe that the success of any organization is a collective effort, and my role as a leader is to foster an environment where each team member’s strengths are recognized and utilized to their fullest potential.
I thrive on open communication and transparency. I believe in sharing information, insights, and even challenges with the team, as this not only builds trust but also encourages innovative thinking. I value diverse perspectives and encourage an inclusive atmosphere where every voice is heard and respected.
Ultimately, my leadership style is centered around creating an environment where individuals feel empowered, valued, and motivated to excel. I am committed to fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration that sets Agital apart in the digital marketing industry.

By putting myself in the shoes of others, I am able to better understand the “Why” of each team member I meet. Building relationships is very important to me and by communicating openly with each new team member, we can make a ton of progress and make it easy for others to jump on board.
Shifting gears, share a fun fact about you that others may not know?
Jane
I was named as a ”Hero of Hollywood” in Los Angeles, CA for organizing community service efforts. I accepted that award alongside Actress and Director Diane Ladd.
Spencer
I worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska in between semesters in college.
